Her numerous accolades include being named the 2018 Women's Business Enterprise Star by WBENC, ranking in the top 30 by the Women Presidents' Organization as one of the 50 Fastest Growing Women-Owned/Led Companies:tm:, and being voted Business Woman of the Year by the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce in 2016. Claudia was also honored as an Entrepreneurial Winning Woman by EY in 2015 and recognized as Enterprising Women of the Year by Enterprising Women magazine. Beyond her professional achievements, Claudia is dedicated to philanthropic work and serves on the Board of Directors of the United States Hispanic Business Council, as well as the Membership Chair for the YPO Wild West Chapter.
She holds a business management degree from Cotecnova, Cartago, Colombia, and has completed executive education programs at the Tuck School of Business and Southern Methodist University's Cox Executive Education Program. Claudia also earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration from DeVry Institute of Technology and is an alumna of Harvard Business School's Owner/President Management (OPM) Program, Class 52.
